It’s a difficult question to answer. Who influences my work as a filmmaker? As a screenwriter, that’s an easier question, but when you are stilldependent, and have very few resources at your disposal, making anything look the way you want it to, or to make it look like another successful filmmaker’s, is a stretch.So I’m going to tackle who I think influences me, and whose influences I pursue, rather than those that actually come to fruition in my work.
